I have recently been asked on a number of occasions about my rates for Arbitration which i had never published before. I would ask you to note that I charge £1900 plus VAT for a one day Arbitration with one lever Arch file of papers, the fee includes writing the award. If additional days are needed, or a full day is not required i am happy to send you a bespoke fixed fee quote.

I am only qualified to undertake financial remedy arbitration and do not accept instructions to adjudicate cohabitation issues or any dispuites under the Inheritance Act 1975.
