Myth busting the new CPD scheme

With the new CPD scheme becoming mandatory in a year's time we were kindly joined by Richard Williams from the SRA's Regulation and Education policy team. Richard explained the ins and outs of the new scheme and how it will affect training and competence going forward.

Richard has been a Policy Associate in the SRA’s Regulation and Education policy team since 2012. During this time he has lead on the development and implementation of the Quality Assurance Scheme for Advocates, the introduction of a new approach to continuing competence.
